We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a non-refundable deposit. However, this deposit can be applied to future bookings, allowing you to reschedule at your convenience.

Yes, we take cleanliness very seriously! Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized with commercial-grade products after each rental. We also inspect every unit to ensure it’s ready for your event. Your safety is our top priority!

Water should only be used with inflatables specifically designed for it. Using water on a dry inflatable can cause damage and safety issues. We offer a variety of water-compatible inflatables, so let us know if you’re interested! You’ll need to provide your own water hose.

Of course! Here are some helpful tips to ensure everything goes smoothly:

  • Proximity to Power:
    Make sure the inflatable is within 100 feet of a power source. If it’s farther than that, the blower may not function properly, which can create safety concerns.

  • Water Unit Setup:
    If you’re renting a water inflatable, you’ll need a hose within 50 feet of a water spigot. Longer hoses can lower water pressure, which can affect the experience.

  • Slide Usage:
    Only allow two people on the slide at a time. For dual-lane slides, two can slide down together.

  • Bounce House Limit:
    Don’t allow more than six people in a bounce house at once. Exceeding this can make the inflatable unstable or cause underinflation.

  • Avoid Foreign Objects:
    Please don’t allow food, drinks, candy, gum, silly string, sticky substances, sharp or pointy objects inside the inflatables—they can damage the unit. If sticky substances are found upon pickup, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied.

  • Slide Substances:
    Never use soap, baby oil, or similar substances on the slides. This can damage the inflatable and create safety risks, which may result in repair fees.

Area for bounce house installation/setup within 100 feet of an adequate power outlet. If power is not within 100 feet, we can provide you with an extra power cord. No household power cords are permitted. Electricity degrades over distance, so it is critical to remain reasonably close to a power source to ensure proper inflation.

Any and all obstacles must be disclosed on the (More Information) section on the website form within two days of booking. Additional fees may apply.

Silly String, Pens, Sharpies, Markers, Crayons, Baby Oil, Soap, Belt Buckles, Sharp Objects, Shoes, Drinks, Candy, Gum, Lollipops, or Balloons. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fee paid by the renter.

Pets. Nails can cause extensive damage to inflatables such as stains, scratches, holes, or punctures.

This could cause serious injuries as some inflatables are not designed to be used wet. Water units will be clearly marked on our website.

Adhere to the capacity allowed at a time on the inflatable. If too many people are in the inflatable at one time, the inflatable may become ‘soft’ or potentially damage the inflatable.

Read over the contract as it touches on essential details such as cleaning fees, pet waste fees, cancellation, liability, etc.

Be prepared for team to pickup inflatables in the evening. Do not be frightened to see our staff walking around your home. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

1. Remove any and all pet waste from the location the inflatable will be setup. An additional $25 fee will be applied if our staff has to clean up pet waste at the location or upon cleaning the inflatable at our warehouse.

2. Let us know of any changes such as; tiedown (stakes or sandbags), address, event times, etc. Additional fees may apply.

3. Arrange an adult over the age of 18 to direct our staff to the setup location and approve the setup. Please note that the inflatable cannot be moved after the location is determined.

4. Measure the area where the inflatable will be set up. This also includes height! Some yards have low-hanging tree limbs and/or power cords that can get in the way and damage the inflatable.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes, we do deliver to parks! However, please note that we do not provide generators, so it’s important to have a power supply nearby for the inflatable. If you have any other questions or need assistance with your booking, feel free to ask!
